Dear Valued WCOP patient,

I am hopeful that this letter finds you well, safe and healthy. We at WCOP are reaching out to communicate the most recent concerns regarding COVID-19 and how they affect our local doctors’ office. We would like you to know that our primary concern is for our patient and we want you to be aware that we are currently following CDC and State guidelines that have been put in place for your safety. At this time our office remains open and we are fully functioning to manage your foot and ankle needs. With that being said, our hours and schedules have changed slightly but we are still open every day during the week. We are asking that you call our office for our hours as they change daily. Of course, please do not hesitate to call or email us with any questions.

We continue to pursue the most up-to-date guidelines, set forth by the State and the Ohio Hospital Association, and plan to follow them for your safety and your health. Currently, there has been a delay and postponement of all elective surgical procedures. We understand that this is an inconvenience but realize it is for your continued safety and well-being. We will continue to communicate with you regarding any surgical intervention in the future. We would like you to know we are available to continue seeing you at the office and evaluate you for these problems allowing us to manage them conservatively until surgery is available. Please also be aware that if there are urgent needs such as an injury that require surgical intervention these are still allowable, by current guidelines set forth by the State and the Ohio Hospital Association, and can be readily performed. Therefore, do not hesitate to make us aware of these problems as well so we can help you.

Our office has put into place new protocols for your safety and care that include additional sanitizing, evaluating and social distancing. We understand this is an uncomfortable time socially but also realize these protocols are important and necessary for the safety and well-being of everyone. Please visit our website prior to arrival for important visit information.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and are very grateful for all of our patients. We continue to place you and your safety as a top priority, providing safe practices and attention to details for your well-being. Thank you for letting us serve you. May GOD bless and protect you!

Warmly,
